Campbell Solution Center
Located in Campbell Hall, the Campbell Solution Center (CSC) is where students, faculty, and staff go to ask general questions about the University. For example, need an identification card, or want to make changes to your meal plan? The Campbell Solution Center can help. Our friendly staff will assist you through each process, or help you find the answers and resources you need.
The CSC also helps with the administrative duties of the Student Billing, Financial Aid, and Registrar offices (see below for details).

- Spring 2025 Essential Information (PDF) — Payment options and plan, parent access, refunds, e-refund sign up, parking passes, student IDs, and meal plans
- Book Vouchers (PDF) — At the top of the PDF, you will find submission dates for book vouchers per semester. If you submit a book voucher when they are not available, your request will not be processed.
